To tie all knots into this one, simple, gigantic knot.
Is the Force truly with you?
What if mastering Success doesnt require waiting for the Last Jedi to reveal any jalepeno kappish? Or ancient tree, kyber crystal or the all knowing gibberish porg?
In fact, these knowledge has always been around, on the shelves for centuries and recently, immersed inside the web.
Ever since we published Teaching Good Morals in 60 days Part 3 this year, readers inquire if mastering Success could be made equally Simplistic? In fact, the two shared similar traits, and with Success being the more pursued, the more popular and sought after, it may be easier to teach Success to instill Good Morals. In the end, if one would have the patience to finish reading this article, one would learn that to be truly Successful, you must first be a good person- it is difficult to feign genuineness over time (if not impossible).
For the new readers who are not familiar with our previous 3 articles on Teaching Good Morals published since yr 2013, here are the links and a brief summary-

We believe in Simplicity and its quick possibilities in education.
There are about 9 primary Emotional Traits one must be aware of and have the proper training/discipline not to succumb to these temptations, so to overcome evil acts. Which leads to the simplified One Blurb, One Exercise formula for each emotional trait.
This article will be considered our first attempt to "Master Success in a Simplified approach" using the same framework.
However, we wont come up with the Best Blurb since the monumental task of grouping into a mere 15 Trait Groups already does that work. All one has to remember are the 15 group names - to remember what each embodies.
Firstly, what kind of Success are we defining here- Success as a person? Success of a intellect? Success of a career person? Success of a business person? Success as a parent, a lover, a coach etc etc?
To simplify matters, is there a over-riding, over-arching identity that we could use to cover all grounds?
And secondly, what constitutes elements of that Success ?
In the article
http://iduidu.blogspot.com/2012/10/is-sales-and-marketing-ultimate-savior.html
we published in 2012, we believe learning and mastering entrepreneurship serves self growth best, and the characteristics of a successful entrepreneur is far over -arching, so broad and wide that it covers most characteristics of any kind of success. In other words, if you possess ALL the characteristics of a successful entrepreneur, one possesses the power to also be a successful person, parent, lover, friend, leader, coach etc etc.
Thus, we will focus our research on the Success Traits of a Entrepreneur.
From heavy web research and aggregating off the web, (we did not invent anything here, all are pulled from the web off various articles from magazines, sites, newsletters etc), below are the results. We have aggregated the massive amount of Traits, probably over a hundred, (yes, Success is not child's play and entails almost a systematic approach to master all traits) and categorize them into a mere Major 15 Trait Group ( each Grp contains similar or related traits) for Simplicity sake.
This is a fairly comprehensive list, and we believe it covers almost all traits of Success (we strive not to leave anything out, so if u reader catches anything, pls do msg alert us and we will virtual trophy u!)
Each of the 15 trait Group recommends the One Exercise - to allow a routine habit to develop, to further ingrain each Trait.
Below is our Presentation.
Each Grp consists of sub-grps within [ ] notations- similar traits are lumped into each.
Explanations are in Blue.
Any trait material related to the 9 Primary Emotions( from previous Teaching Good Morals articles) are in Red- readers familiar with our work in the Teaching Gd Morals articles can use this in conjunction.
This is our first attempt, the research is complete, but we will cover more detailed aspects and discussions of this framework in future articles.
2. Right Brain=Imagination, Creativity= NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
Creative-out of box ideas
open minded,
[curious/inquisitive, asking the right qns]
[Imagine = improv scenarios]
streetsmart wise-creative and flexible
[Intuitive - based on tons of Right brain experience, the more experience, the more intuitive you get ]
One Exercise - play LINK- the best game one could think of is to pick 2 random, unrelated words or objects and link them w a logical relationship through 1 sentence with 8 words or less. Much like a google advertising Caption challenge.
For eg. cars and peanuts.- "they all come home parking their cars outside before drinking beer and munching off peanuts"
To increase the challenge, one can raise the number to 4 - 4 objects in 1 sentence or even 6, 8 or more.
This reminds me of the Adword google advertising challenge where it pays to come up with cheap google word ads for popular products- words less people care about like peanuts with popular words like cars- eg. cars with peanuts- if it makes statistical or logical sense to link the two: working people who drives like beer and peanuts to go with it after a day's work.
At first, it seems difficult, or mission impossible. But once u get the hang of it, it comes easier each day, till it is second nature.
Practice playing this game each day, linking 2 seemingly unrelated words, helps spark creativity, helps spark and connect those Right brain neurons- its all about those synapses.

One always learn from failures but rarely from their Success, or when things go smoothly- one usually gets complacent and careless, arrogant. What most people overlook is to learn from success (to make sure it is not luck), never mistake luck for skills during success.
When things go well, learning and questioning should still be in place, in fact, at all times.
Stay modest, true to oneself, and drill deeply to each element and never forget.
Exercise: the next time an assignment went really well, stop the celebrating. Drill deeply into how the Success comes about, and stay modest. Make a list of what could have gone wrong and caution against them. make a list of strengths and weaknesses- and admit/correct the mistakes amid Success.
Drill it twice harder as if one has failed.
Pertains to Exclusivity Greed of the 9 Primary Emotions
10. Communicator/Networker = WARM & INDISPENSABLE

[accessible-caring, empathy/compassion]
good company-sociable, always a fun and learning experience around this person.
Wow! what a huge number of traits!
However, if one just merely remembers being simply Warm (caring)and Sincere (genuine) always to everyone, and being Indispensable-sharing useful knowledge all the time( with the web, it gets easy), one covers most creme of the crop.
Anyone could be Warm, Sincere, Indispensable with or without training.

The best exercise is to teach/mentor/nurture employees w new advice/knowledge once a wk- must understand personality profile of each employee inside out, their strengths and weakness to give proper improvement advice (important also to delegate effectively).
