Esports App and Prizes for Education? - Paying Students to attend Schools Part 2

Recent eye popping growth in the world of esports tournaments- around USD $1Billion in revenues annually and over $300 million annual  prize money -  has catapulted  esports into major leagues similar to professional physical sports.
A recent  first place finish in a game of Hearthstone (won by the first esports woman champion  Xiaomeng "VKLiooon" Li ) turned in prize money of $200K for first place!

Individual small tourneys (even on topics such as math and english) have also been popping up all over in esports mobile phone apps - from large multi million dollar operator- claiming one can make money playing these apps- though as of this writing, the evidence isn't  conclusive.

So what about an esports app -run by an honest operator with all the talented developers of the esports and gaming world-   to  solve  our education problem?

We published in 2015,

"Paying Students to attend school ?! "

Here is brief extract of the main point:
===============================
So is there a better solution to resolve the above with an overburdened teacher-classroom system where public schools are closing left and right due to lack of budget?
Where are the under utilized and overlooked resources?

How about paying each student 11K ( the national budget of  teaching a high school student annually ) a year to attend school instead of spending on them?

The only requirement is that each student pass their respective exams (at some physical brick and mortar facility to prevent cheating) at the end of each year.

Is 11K a year enough incentive, to allow this "helping student help themselves"  formula to work?

Important Note here: we do not encourage any forms of gambling as we realize a lot of these apps encourage competition through
betting of money.  We think that is detrimental to society and does not contribute to learning in any positive way.
In some  apps, money were given away free as free bonus cash to gamble  in order to entice users to create addiction. Even if the money were free, we think it is  a negative detrimental practice and we are strongly against it.
The right way to do it in gaming education is not through gambling, but through  constantly rewarding students money  or other gifts like achievement badges, after they pass through each level of exams. Competition with other students are fine but not through the form of competitive  gambling, that consists of winning or losing of money.
Gambling should never be within the process of  learning.

What about structuring an educational app-that is fun to use and learn-  that pays students to study on their own, pass all exams?
Payments would be incremental and distributed when student passes each quiz, with bigger payouts for exams- much like
any epsorts tournament.

Topics like math, English, science, liberal arts, business classes and even soft sciences for Success  like EQ, self help/Life Skills could be implemented.  The key is to gamerize it well enough  - the app should be fun to learn.   Accreditation of skills and classes could be given as well,  and gamerization could be done through multiple choice module flashcards.
One eg is to present the education through  the  mobile ads content  - the ads will become the education while students plays the games.

So can we pay each student $11K per year to self study and pass all exams ?

$11K a year seems ambitious- but could be work on!-  but if we can combo all other good ideas, that will be a good gigantic first step.
For eg,, students can take surveys on the same app to boost income, leaning on the sizable Survey industry for payouts. There are  many other online industries  similar to surveys that will pay users, one can google for them so we will not cover them here.

The app can even be expanded to include managing/balancing  the students'  Primary and Secondary Emotions for Awareness and Self-Warning - we published a few articles on the critical topic of Managing the Primary and Secondary emotions potential for wrong doings-  with daily app reminders and warning  alerts on the current state of student's emotion based on a quick, end of night,  fun emoji surveys. This helps prevent the secondary emotions to evolved into the more dangerous Primary emotions,  and also   warn on the dangers of the Primary emotions students are currently experiencing.

The day every kid can be well schooled anywhere in the world- with enough discipline and incentive - with merely a smart phone  could very well become reality.  Emoji Hi Five!
