"Baby Yoda, Baby Yoda, where is your punchy one liner?"
"Huh?"
Nothing is more
memorable than a quick, punchy one liner!
We see it more in
twitter in politics these last 4 years.
But these short blurbs have been around since ancient days, for eg the one
liners in various religious texts.
Self help blurbs are
abundant on the web these days, to an extent that we forgot the more
important ones. Thus it may be useful to broadcast the important ones
frequently so to create Reminders and Awareness in our daily lives.
We have written an
article in 2012 on good, effective self help blurbs-
https://iduidu.blogspot.com/2012/12/educating-morals-and-ethics-is-about.html
It contains a list of
what we thought were the most important, meaningful self help
Blurbs to broadcast.
However, if one would to
keep broadcasting these same blurbs over and over, the audience will get tired
of them and over time, the staleness effect kicks in, numbing the audience.
So how would we keep these
important blurbs fresh and interesting?
In this article,
we would like to present a broadcasting strategy to keep it fresh and
engaging.
Let’s use an example to
illustrate:
An eg of a universal good blurb to serve as daily reminder of harmony is
" everyone as family"
We picked the image here as an example to go with the blurb.
Nothing is more powerful
than an interesting, unique, relevant picture to go with the blurb.
On that, Instagram
will be the best platform for the blurb-pic strategy campaign since it is
easiest for editing for effect.
It is easy to broadcast
these same blurbs once every month, but the key is to make it interesting each
time so that the audience will not get tired looking at the same blurbs to the
point of annoyance, much like watching the same movie again and again.
So how do we broadcast
the same blurbs while we make it interesting and refreshing each time?
Use different pics each time that are relevant to the slogans, with humor, a bit of the weird, with the Awakening touch “Gan chu” 感触 , or even reversed psychology, or pop culture for best reactions.
Pics can be based family
and friends, Pics can be sketched, or cartooned. Pics could even be customized
off the audience personality profile for best effects. Interesting and unique
Fonts can be used each time on writing the blurbs.
Different pic frames or
background colors or pictures or patterns or repeated patterns could be used.
User could even make
some income for sharing these pics, for eg 20 shares = 1 penny.
All the above could even
be fully automated with proper programming.
